Dance GROOVES is the signature class at fit2dance combining dance, fun and fitness. Music and dance styles include hip hop, swing, salsa, disco, african, bollywood and more. No experience necessary! All classes use The Groove Method and are led by certified Groove facilitators.  Get lost in the music and movement as you discover how YOUR body GROOVES! 


Power GROOVES fuses yoga, pilates, modern dance, body sculpting and martial arts together, to increase muscular endurance, strength and flexibility. Groove to soulful funky music while getting strong. Please bring a your own mat and towel.


*NEW* Hip Hop GROOVES Take it back to the streets where it all began, and explore hip hop, krump, breakdancing, popping, locking, stepping, ol' skool and african origins. Get lost in the funky way your body wants to GROOVE - the possibilities are endless. Find your inner b-boy/b-girl!


Yoga for Runners* Anyone who runs on a regular basis can benefit from this class, which is customized for the runner's psyche as well as the usual aches and strains in a runner's body. It is not competitive! It gives you the opportunity to calmly tap into your further potential - alignment, flexibility, strength, and mind/body awareness.

Yoga Core* Come to Yoga Core for a safe yet challenging way to build your core strength. A modified viniyoga class, using the fundamentals of yoga (breath work, core strength, alignment, stretching and the bandha's), this will appeal to those new to yoga or the intermediate yogi's. Sweat rewarded with Savasana and a great feeling of well-being!


Intro to Yoga* If you have visions of people doing acrobatic yoga, get those out of your head! Intro to Yoga is a progressive, safe and you-centered approach to learning more about your body. The benefits of yoga are accessible to anyone, and are essential to improved health and well-being: better alignment, mind/body awareness, flexibility and strength. Plus - it's fun!


Nia & Flow Motion Fitness is a flow motion mind-body movement program based on Nia, dance, martial arts and yoga for long lean muscle sculpting, core-cardio health and neuro-rejuvenating fun. All fitness levels welcome. No shoes or experience necessary!

Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away! Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.
